Health Bridge Canada is a national initiative launched by Canadian Dream Consulting to address the severe and ongoing shortage of healthcare professionals across the country. As wait times for essential services reach critical levels, this project proposes a focused and scalable solution rooted in Canada’s own underutilized workforce. The initiative targets three urgent healthcare streams:
- Fast track licensing and integration for internationally trained physicians.
- Training and upskilling medical lab and imaging technicians.
- Reintegrating skilled immigrant nurses and training new ones.

As wait times reach crisis levels, our mission is to train, integrate, and empower thousands of skilled individuals starting with internationally educated doctors, nurses, and technicians who are already in Canada but unable to work in their fields due to system delays and accreditation barriers.
Who This Project Supports:
- Internationally trained physicians seeking interim work in hospitals (e.g. medical assistants, interpreters) while working toward accreditation
- Imaging and lab technicians in need of practical, recognized Canadian training
- Nurses, both immigrant and Canadian born, eager to serve but facing licensing delays
How We Help:
- Partnering with colleges and professional associations to fast track training and certification
- Connecting skilled newcomers with employment opportunities in clinics, hospitals, and care centers
- Collaborating with government and healthcare institutions to close labour gaps
- Raising awareness and interest among young Canadians to join healthcare careers, ensuring long term sustainability
